This is a guide to paying by credit card.
Credit card payment is made in advance through Star Payment.
Once your booking is confirmed, please carefully check the amount given to you by our office, enter it in the お申込金額 (Application Amount) field, fill in the other required details, and complete the payment.
If you would like to pay by credit card, please be sure to read the notes on this page before doing so.
Important Notes
• If you wish to use a card, please tell us so by email or phone “at the time of booking.”
• Please be sure to complete payment at least 2 hours before your booking time. If payment is not completed, it may automatically switch to cash payment in person.
• Any transaction fees are covered by us.
• If you cancel for personal reasons after paying by card, a refund fee of 2,000 yen will be charged by the credit card company.
• Payment is made in advance online using the online payment system “Star Payment.”
• To prevent fraud, identity verification is required. You will need to enter your phone number and the correct full name on your registered card.
• The brands accepted are Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, and American Express.
• For AMEX cards, payment is settled in US dollars, so the amount billed to you will vary with the exchange rate.

• There are some matters regarding payment errors and the system that we are unable to answer. Checking with your credit card company may resolve them.
