MIKADO’s conditions and benefits
Pay is fully commission-based. The commission (back) rate is 50% to 80%.
Even as a newcomer you can work on strong terms at 50%, and the more your sales grow the higher your rate becomes — which keeps you motivated.
Depending on the work, a daily guarantee is available.

We can introduce rental properties available even to those in night work, the unemployed, or part-timers.
Once your sales are established, you can live in a property such as a tower apartment while staying solely in night work.

We are recruiting female instructors to teach aroma massage, powder sensual technique, and sensual massage (oral pleasure, kissing, intimate manual touch).
Only those with work experience at a men’s-esthetic or adult-entertainment store (we will train you on any techniques you lack).
Only those who are knowledgeable about — or interested in — sensual massage for women, please.
Since it isn’t enough merely to convey where you yourself feel good, we’d like to ask people who can teach while staying close to the worries and requests women hold.
We can assign work to match your ideal, such as two to five sessions a week.
We are also recruiting female store managers (monthly income from ¥400,000).
We are recruiting mainly in Nagoya, Tokyo, Osaka, and Sapporo.

| Q & A | ・About therapist recruitment Q : What is the pay structure? A : Daily payment, handed to you in cash. Q : Are there bonuses? A : If you place in the rankings, a bonus is paid every month. Q : Where is the standby location? A : We do not set a standby location, so you can go directly to the guest and head straight home once the session is finished. Q : Can I get bookings from guests who do not request a specific therapist (free bookings)? A : Yes. However, that does not mean opportunities are given equally to all therapists. We would like to entrust more and more work to therapists with real ability. Q : Can I apply even if I have little experience? A : Please apply only if you have a certain amount of experience with women, including experience as a customer of adult services (it is fine if the number of partners is small but the number of times is high, for example).
