Cancellation

   Also, after this change of reservation, a further change is possible — once more — provided it is made up to 24 hours before the new reservation time.

   For a cancellation involving a long-distance therapist outcall (a distance of 50 minutes or more by Shinkansen), a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee applies from 48 hours before the reserved time, and 100% from 24 hours before.
