Working with MIKADO — an important note for applicants
Whether you are considering a full-time, regular-employee (正社員 / seishain) role or working as an independent-contract therapist (業務委託), joining MIKADO in any capacity is possible only for those who hold the legal right to work in Japan without any occupational restriction — that is, Japanese nationals, or foreign nationals with an unrestricted status of residence such as Permanent Resident (永住者), Spouse or Child of a Japanese National (日本人の配偶者等), or Long-Term Resident (定住者).
Standard work visas (Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services, and the like) do not permit work in this industry under Japanese immigration law, and therefore cannot be used to work with us in any role.

Our group operates 23 women’s sensual service stores nationwide.
We are featured across various media and are a popular brand that people talk about.
Because guests of women’s sensual services often use the service while carrying various anxieties, many of them place great importance on choosing a brand they can feel safe with. Right now, at every store the number of therapists is small relative to the volume of guest inquiries, so we are actively hiring motivated therapists.

Only those who pass the document screening may proceed to an interview in Ikebukuro (for those hoping to work at a store in the Kanto region).
Therapist recruitment details
As part of our therapist-recruitment drive, our Zero Training-Fee Debut Campaign is now running.
By combining deferred payment from your earnings (*may not apply depending on the result of the document screening; mainly for experienced applicants, or those able to work full shifts of five or more days a week as their main job) with our full cashback campaign (all applicants are eligible for up to ¥100,000 in cashback together with a joining bonus), some people are able to debut with essentially none of the initial costs that run into tens of thousands of yen at other stores. (This does not change the total amount you ultimately pay, including the deferred portion.)

Some women feel that suddenly going to a hotel and getting undressed with a man they’ve just met is a bit much. With that in mind, the MIKADO group runs a bar in Ikebukuro — Men’s Bar MIKADO — where our women’s sensual service therapists work.

We also have a professional hair-and-makeup artist (with hair and makeup, men in particular are reborn strikingly more handsome), so you can face the shoot in your very best condition.

Independence support program
Even though women’s sensual service is night work and can pay well, an individual therapist — even a sought-after one — earns around ¥1,000,000 in monthly income. Even cutting your days off to the bone, ¥3,000,000 in sales and ¥1,800,000–¥2,300,000 in monthly income is about the ceiling.
So, to reach the next stage in earnings within the women’s sensual service industry, one option is to go independent — becoming the owner of your own store and running it yourself.
What is impossible with your body alone becomes possible when you share the skills and know-how you’ve gained with your resident therapists and have them put it into practice, removing the ceiling on your income as well.
I, Homura, also spent two years gaining experience as a therapist at a certain store, then concluded that rather than grinding away alone, opening a store and devoting myself to educating therapists with others’ help would let me teach true pleasure to more women — and so I went independent.
Normally, when a carefully nurtured therapist goes independent, most stores try with all their might to stop it, and it turns into a dispute.
